Exploring the way we lose touch with our authenticity—and how we can find our way back.
The first in a series of topics offered in 2024.
Many of us have a sense that we are living life at some distance from our authentic selves. We might notice that we present ourselves a certain way in some circumstances and another way in other circumstances. That is just one example. The Diamond Approach is a path which allows us to explore this in a personal and compassionate way using meditation and self-inquiry. This process allows us to see more of the truth of who we are and be in touch with our realness.
This will be a time of relaxing into the silence in meditation and also exploring ourselves in personal inquiry. These two practices work together to support a return to our authentic selves. The theme will be finding our authenticity on the spiritual path. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the Diamond Approach whose aim is to discover the deepest truth of what it means to be human.
