The Red Essence is a quality with many facets: It brings strength, aliveness, courage, the ability to show up to life’s challenges, and the wisdom of boundaries. These are qualities necessary for the spiritual journey, and also for meeting the challenges of daily life.
This May series on the Strength essence is one of the introductory teachings laying the groundwork for Great Lakes Diamond Approach 2 (GLDA2), a new Diamond Approach group in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You can see the full schedule of events at www.GLDA2.org.
