Yet the deeper wisdom of the Diamond Approach reveals that hatred is not simply a destructive force to eliminate. When approached with awareness and understanding, it can become a doorway to profound transformation.
In this four-part class, Andreas Mouskos will guide participants into a compassionate exploration of the energies of hatred and aggression within the psyche. Rather than acting out these forces or pushing them away, we will learn how to meet them consciously with presence and inquiry.
When these powerful energies are understood at their deeper level, they can transform and reveal their essential ground — true peace and authentic power.
Drawing on the teachings of the Diamond Approach and many years of teaching experience, Andreas will lead participants through meditation, teaching, and experiential inquiry into the deeper layers of the soul’s underworld — the place where the energies we fear or reject often guard our most precious inner treasures.
