InnerCriticCO_2019_October_15

October 15, 2019
06:00 pm - 09:00 pm
Boulder, Colorado

In this 5-evening series beginning October 15 and continuing weekly, we will explore what the Inner Critic or Superego is, where it came from, and how it operates currently in our lives; most noticeably, how it gets in the way of our lives and interferes with our "OK-ness" and settled sense and understanding of who we really are. We will learn the importance of first recognizing the Inner Critic judgments, then move on to learning how and why we tend automatically to engage and further enmesh ourselves with it, and finally we'll learn how to disengage from the constant comments and criticisms of the Inner Critic.

This course is designed for both students of the Diamond Approach as well as those who are not students and are interested in this aspect of our lives. It will be useful even if you have done some work on this topic in the past - you will learn new material, new ways to work with your own Inner Critic, and you will have an opportunity in the last 2 classes to practice disengaging.

To register, please contact one of the Event Organizers (below).
