As humans, we inherently long to be free---to actualize our true human potential. Inquiry, the central practice of the Diamond Approach, offers a powerful, dynamic doorway to a freer life. We will learn and explore the basic practices of the Diamond Approach, including inquiry, meditation, and personal exploration, which will deepen and enliven your work. The class includes a talk and an opportunity to work individually with the teacher while in the supportive presence of the other group members. It is open to existing students and the public. Remote attendance by Zoom is available.
Teacher
Ilene Buchalter has been a Diamond Approach teacher since 2002. She has been a member of the Ridhwan School, home of the Diamond Approach, for over 35 years. She works with individuals and groups in Colorado and Florida. She lives in Colorado with her husband of 26 years and adult son.
