Inquiry: Doorway To Freedom one one

We as humans inherently long to be free--to actualize our true human potential. Inquiry, the central practice of the Diamond Approach®, offers a powerful, dynamic doorway to a spiritually freer life. Whether you are new to this path or an experienced student, if you want to deepen your process of self-exploration through inquiry, this class is for you. In this class, we will learn and explore the practices of the Diamond Approach, including meditation, experiential interactive exercises, and inquiry.You will have the opportunity to work individually with the teacher, while in the supportive presence of the other group members. Witnessing the work of others allows for an enrichment of your spiritual exploration.

Teacher:

Ilene Buchalter has been a Diamond Approach teacher since 2002. She has been a member of the Ridhwan School, home of the Diamond Approach, for over 35 years. She works with individuals and groups in the Denver-Boulder area.
