Explore inquiry—the primary practice of the Diamond Approach—and the essential qualities that support its depth and potential. This six-session online series introduces inquiry as a path of open-ended exploration into immediate experience and inner discovery. Through guided exploration, participants will learn how presence, curiosity, openness, and compassion can deepen our understanding of ourselves and support authentic transformation. The class is open to the public and will be taught on Zoom by Anne Hoff and Jamie Baldwin, lead teachers for Cascadia 5, a new Diamond Approach group forming in the US Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.
Fee
$300 ($250 before June 10) or CAD$300 (CAD$250 before June 10) if you are a resident of Canada.
