As children we were full of life and vigor, open, sensitive and curious, joyous and playful, but also capable of exploding in rage and frustration, and experiencing great fear and terror. We were taught to be ‘civilized’ human beings by learning what is deemed acceptable and what is not through contact with the world around us. The open malleability of our Soul was impacted and impressed upon by the circumstances and environments we grew up in. Over time the sacred and enlivening qualities of our soul became less accessible for life and our human journey.

In this retreat we will continue our journey into the fundamental ground of our Soul and learn how we can begin to recover these vital aspects of our being; the sap of our Soul, the heart of our life force.
