We have an innate capacity to recognize what is true and essential in our experience. However, to varying degrees, we live most of our lives in a state of self-deception. Instead of orienting toward what is true, we align with stories we tell about ourselves, believing we are a separate, suffering self primarily defined by our history and conditioning.

In this webinar, we will explore how we can find what we can call our inner truth compass, our inherent capacity to recognize what is true in our experience. By aligning with this capacity to know the truth of our experience, we can find our way through our self-deceptions, and learn to understand what is most real and precious within us.

This offering is a free introduction to the Diamond Approach. It will include a meditation, a talk, an experiential exploration, and a time for questions, a format that is similar to the structure of our ongoing Diamond Approach groups.
