When we feel drawn to inner work, it is a pull within us to be more real, to know and live the truth of our inner nature. Some of the primary barriers to our connecting with these deeper, inner truths are not necessarily hard to find. Oftentimes, they express themselves in the common, everyday lies we fill ourselves with – stories we tell ourselves about what we have done or will do, how we feel, or who we take ourselves to be. If we can learn to be curious about these subtle forms of self-deception, our awareness opens to the deeper realms of truth that we long to know and be.

This offering is a free introduction to the Diamond Approach. It will include a meditation, a talk, an experiential exploration, and a time for questions, a format similar to the structure of our ongoing Diamond Approach groups.
