The value and focus of inner work and most spiritual paths lies in expanding our view of Reality and realizing the potentials of our Essential Nature.  Yet the pull of the familiar and our devotion to being comfortable are obstacles to the development of those potentials.

We might have an experience of Essential Presence and find ourselves doubting it or not recognizing its significance as one aspect of our potential. We turn away from our experience because it’s difficult or strange or not what we expected.

We have so many ideas about who we are, and about what Reality is. And it is the Power of the Essential Quality of the Black that has the capacity to annihilate these ideas so the actual truth of who we are and what Reality is can be revealed.

This weekend, we’ll explore both the obstacles to the realization of Essential Power, as well as some of the effects of its realization. We hope you will join us.
