02:00 pm - 04:00 pm
Why do some spiritual traditions, such as the Diamond Path, recognize the importance of meditation, yet hold the practice of inquiry as its main practice? What is it about inquiry, first made known by Socrates, that when it is invoked with a burning, heart-felt question, it becomes so effective in the process of realizing who one truly is and what reality is?
What is the fuel that powers inquiry and what is the spark that ignites that in us? And when we learn how inquiry can become alive for us, how does it serve as guidance in times when we really feel lost?
