10:00 am - 06:00 pm
On this retreat, we will explore the essence of compassion, and what blocks us from experience this true presence of loving kindness.
The true source of compassion is presence, a presence that allows us to be with our hurts and pain without ideas about what should happen. It is this genuine compassion that allows to become more vulnerable to the truth of our experience, and the deepest truth of our nature. By sincerely exploring our experience, we can learn to be sensitive to the suffering of others, and respond to that suffering, all without losing contact with our own ground of preciousness.
We will use meditation, sensing practices, teachings, and inquiry exercises, to explore our experience. October 16- 18 , 2020, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, plus November 11, 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
