May 18 - May 21, 2023
07:00 pm - 05:30 pm
Wallingford, Pennsylvania

Basic trust is an innate sense that life is benevolent and good, allowing us to engage in life wholeheartedly with an implicit sense of freedom and ease. When we are cut off from this quality of basic goodness and support, we can’t truly relax and enjoy life, and instead function from a place of fear and contraction.

Basic trust is essential for our continuing inner development and unfoldment, because with it we can truly be open and allow things to unfold in ways we can’t imagine. By learning how to explore our direct experience, through meditation and inquiry, and clarifying some of our most basic beliefs about safety, care and love, we can connect more deeply to this fundamental experience of basic trust.
