We all long to experience feelings of genuine, loving connection and harmony. And, most spiritual traditions say that at the heart of reality is connection - a sense of true union, and oneness. Yet, at the core of our familiar sense of self is a sense of being separate, apart. A place in us that both wants and fears deeply connecting. We want union, and we mistrust merging.
On this retreat, we will explore both the barriers to and the experiences of the melting of our feelings of separation, and the soft letting go into the delight of spiritual connection.
DA Philly is an ongoing group currently open to new students.
