True Essential Compassion

We will explore True Essential Compassion at this weekend. What does it mean to be a person of compassion? This will be an experiential exploration of how we personally experience and express compassion towards ourselves and towards others. There will be presentations of our teachings along with exercises for personal inquiry. There will also be meditation and discussion periods. Clearly our world needs more kindness and compassion in practically all areas. As we develop our capacity for true compassion we embody an essential part of our true functioning though living and expressing it. This teaching is devoted to developing and deepening our true compassion as human beings.
