BOOK STUDY: Diving Into Your Inner Depths
Please join Diamond Approach Teacher, Renee Redd, for an engaging book study as she takes a deep dive into Dominic Liber’s book Diving in the Inner Ocean: An Introduction to Personal Transformation through Diamond Inquiry.
Developing the capacities to turn inwards, with a kind, curious and friendly interest, can be transformative.
Many of us didn’t necessarily grow up with the perspective that what’s inside us, our own sensations, thoughts and feelings, are filled with treasures. It takes exploration and practice to develop an attitude of friendly interest, curiosity and kindness towards our own inner treasures.
That’s what we will explore and discuss in this Book Study.
Diving in the Inner Ocean is a book that examines the practice of diamond inquiry as taught by the Diamond Approach. It combines principles of meditation with a deep dive into one’s everyday immediate personal experience. This practice allows us to connect with the deeper spiritual ground of our present experience. It is a journey in which the goal is not to attain a particular state, but rather to stay present to and explore exactly where we are.
The Book Study and Inquiry starts with a free introductory webinar on Friday, February 9, 2024. The rest of the dates are listed below. All meetings will be online. The total cost of the 5 meetings is $100.
