I’ve been engaged in contemplative practices, exploring the interwoven realms of the body, psyche, and spirit, throughout my life. For many decades I have taught yoga, the Enneagram, Hanna Somatics, and Somatic Experiencing. I’ve also served as a certified integral coach and a professional group facilitator.
My group facilitation work has included teaching Interpersonal Dynamics and High Performance Leadership at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the University of San Francisco School of Law, as well as consulting with organizations in these areas. I am a long-time meditator and student of the Diamond Approach.
I am based in California, dividing my time between Marin County in the summers and the Coachella Valley desert during the winter seasons.
What drew me to the Diamond Approach was its deep welcome for the whole of who we are. Nothing is rejected or bypassed— not pain, not longing, not confusion. Instead, everything we experience is included as part of the path and a portal into our depths. Diamond inquiry has transformed my relationship with myself, inviting a patient, open-hearted listening for what resonates as true and brings me home to myself.
What I love most is how the Diamond Approach honors both the personal and the universal— the uniqueness of each soul’s history, and the vastness of our true nature. It’s a path that continues to reveal new elements of essential truth, while burning away all that is false. I’m grateful to be on this journey and honored to support others in their own unfolding — meeting each person’s experience with presence, compassion, and respect for the mystery that lives in us all.
