How do we touch the real world?
Our essence, the rich and mysterious innate depth of our being, hides out in the ordinary concerns and views of life that we try to get beyond in order to be spiritual. In this book study group, we will explore some fundamental elements  of our humanness, opening up our conventional understanding to bring us to a deeper, more immediate and more intimate experience of who we truly are.

Each of the 5 meetings will begin with a short meditation, after which we will discuss a chapter of the book and explore how our experience is changed by the material. Participants will need their own copy of the book. Information about the book can be found here.
