In this series of five Saturday teachings, we will explore the primary spiritual qualities that orient us toward the immediacy of our present experience. If we wish for the truth but cannot bear to face it when it arises, our life remains secure but stagnant. We need courage to come close to ourselves, especially when we're scared or there is something difficult in our experience.

These meetings will be much like the ones we have in person: we'll meditate, present a teaching, do experiential exercises, and have a chance to ask questions. Our wish is that each of these webinars will provide an occasion for you to connect with the teaching, with yourselves, with each other, and with the presence of being.
