In this series of five Saturday teachings, we will explore the primary spiritual qualities that orient us toward the immediacy of our present experience. Most of us handle our suffering by shutting down our sensitivity. But doing so also cuts us off from the attuned kindness of an open heart. How else might we orient toward our innate human vulnerability?

These meetings will be much like the ones we have in person: we'll meditate, present a teaching, do experiential exercises, and have a chance to ask questions. Our wish is that each of these webinars will provide an occasion for you to connect with the teaching, with yourselves, with each other, and with the presence of being.
