Friends of Ridhwan 2025 End of Year Fundraiser

We wish you all a wonderful and meaningful New Year.

We are filled with gratitude for the generosity shown by our community during the 2025 End of Year Campaign. The donations received during this campaign have an enormous impact on our ongoing sustainability. With your help, we’ve raised $73,121.78 over our budgeted goal.

Looking ahead to 2026 and onward, we intend to continue the crucial work of solidifying the foundation to support the long-term sustainability of the School. This year we plan to complete critical upgrades to the School’s technology and infrastructure to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly portal experience for our students and teachers, as well as a brand-new website to engage future generations of truth seekers. In 2026, we will also continue the integral strategic work to prepare the School for the future.

As ever, we look forward to continuing the journey together.

With our deepest gratitude,

John Dunham, President

A Message from Ridhwan’s Founders and Successors

As we approach a new year, Hameed, Karen, Bob and Zarina talk about the Diamond Approach community in the video below—a community, says Hameed, that is “good for the world,” and one that needs your donations to help us keep the path accessible and affordable for everyone.

“Part of the mission of a spiritual school is to be findable,” says Bob. “We want people to access the work, be able to afford it and stay with it. ...The revenue we take in from student tuition and dues does not cover ongoing expenses needed to support the teaching in the world. Hopefully, people continue to give what they can. We’re not seeing a better solution, and we don’t want to keep raising prices for students or keep asking teachers for more money.”

Thanks to the generosity of donors, we’ve raised $392,256 of our budgeted goal. We have just $257,744 to go. Can you help us close that gap? It is one way we can help more and more individuals on our planet come to know the truth of their fundamental nature. “When members of the school or people outside the school donate, really what they’re doing is supporting the teaching,” Hameed observes.

One way your donations have already helped is in the creation of new platforms for engaging in the work at whatever level and for however long it is meaningful for thousands of people, something we continue to innovate and expand. We’re starting to see the value of multiple degrees of access and engagement,” says Zarina, whether that is through online courses, books, or even the first all-online group.

The Diamond Approach is a path that can lead us to the heart of that goodness. Please support it and the students who participate and learn from it.

“Things really are good when we know the goodness that’s within,” says Karen. “And all is well there…That should be celebrated.”

Support the Ridhwan Foundation: Join Us in Reaching Our $650,000 Fundraising Goal

We’d like to thank everyone who has already donated to our end-of-year fundraising campaign. Like most nonprofit institutions, we depend on donations for a portion of our annual budget. This year, that represents $650,000, of which we have raised $406,294 so far. That budget supports the infrastructure necessary to hold and steward the teachings in the world, supports the teachers and the student body, and continues to make these teachings accessible to an ever-growing audience who hungers for the truths that they reveal.

Every donation, no matter the amount, strengthens the unity of our school across the planet. And that unity has ramifications, we believe, for the awareness of the unity of being among our fellow humans.

The Ridhwan Foundation has a multitude of groups thriving in many countries and serves approximately 5,000 students around the world. It is no coincidence that we continue to grow. We live in fractious times, and the teachings help us live in the world while being, as we say, not of it. As Karen says:

“Whether we’re gathered as two or two hundred, we’re in unity with something beautiful and a light that can’t be snuffed out by the world. So, we can celebrate that.”

Please help us continue to ignite that light by giving as you are able.

To make a gift, you can:

Friends of Ridhwan, who are making this request on behalf of the Ridhwan Foundation, is a student-led group that believes that all donations then, by extension, support both our school and the larger unity that we learned about in our summer retreats this year. Please be as generous as you can. The foundation is a 501(c)3 organization, which means all gifts are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
